With over 550 apartment units in their Family Office portfolio, Glenn brings extensive expertise as a long-term real estate investor focused on value creation and sustainable growth.
Glenn’s career began with humble roots as Chief Financial Officer for public companies in the healthcare sector, where he gained significant experience leading high-impact transactions, including two IPOs and a $1.1 billion M&A exit transaction with a substantial return to venture capital stakeholders. This unique blend of operational leadership and investment acumen positions him as a strategic partner for those seeking to unlock opportunities in the Multi-Family Real Estate market.
Landyn Vraniak - Managing Partner
Landyn is a Managing Partner with a strong foundation in economics and business strategy, holding a B.S. in Economics and an MBA specializing in new venture creation. With a professional background in finance, Landyn has extensive experience in Revenue Management & Financial Planning and Analysis where he honed his expertise in building robust financial models and dynamic P&Ls.
Driven by a passion for leveraging data, Landyn has developed advanced data tools and query systems that streamline strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, & deliver financial reporting.
